Due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible to return or refund once the item is purchased unless the files are shown to be corrupt. As such, you are strongly encouraged to download the free files first to check for suitability.

In the case of corrupt files, please contact us at info@mymodelplane.com.au. We will, at our discretion, replace the file(s) or offer refunds. 

If you accept a refund, you must delete all downloaded content.
